1. Commissioning & Booking
Dates are reserved upon confirmation of our tailored creative proposal and receipt of the agreed booking advance. Because dates are reserved exclusively for one client per primary crew, bookings are confirmed strictly on a first-come, first-served basis.
2. Deliverables & Production Timelines
Every frame and cinematic sequence undergoes rigorous color correction and bespoke audio mixing. High-resolution digital galleries and teaser reels are typically delivered within 4 to 6 weeks following your event date, with full-length documentary cuts and bespoke photobooks delivered per the schedule outlined in your commission agreement.
3. Copyright & Usage
Studio Zoom retains the creative copyright in all photographs and video footage produced. Clients receive perpetual, non-exclusive rights for personal display, printing, and digital sharing. Commercial reproduction or resale by third parties requires written consent from Studio Zoom.
4. Rescheduling & Unforeseen Events
In the event of unforeseen rescheduling or force majeure events, we will work in good faith to transfer your booking to an alternative date, subject to studio availability.
